使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本隐私政策。如果您不同意本政策任何条款，请停止使用本应用。
应用名称：正弹幕（英文名 Zheng Barrage）。本应用由独立开发者发布与维护，未设立公司化客服热线。与本政策或个人信息处理相关的咨询、投诉或权利请求，请通过文末「联系我们」中的电子邮箱提出，我们将在15 个工作日内（遇法定节假日顺延）予以答复；如需补充材料，我们会通过邮件说明。
为让您放心，我们首先声明本应用不收集以下任何信息：
以下信息仅存储在您本机，从不离开您的设备：
存储位置与期限：上述数据仅保存在本设备存储空间内，在您主动清除或卸载本应用前将持续存在；卸载或执行「清除历史数据」后将被删除且无法由我们恢复。
卸载本应用即可永久清除全部上述数据。您也可以在「我的 → 设置 → 清除历史数据」中一键清空。
本应用当前版本仅向系统申请与下列功能直接相关的权限；未申请麦克风、振动、读取相册/存储等权限。若未来版本因功能扩展需新增权限，我们将更新本政策并在应用内以适当方式提示，在征得您同意后再申请。
仅在您主动使用「手电筒」「SOS 求救灯」等需点亮补光灯或控制闪光灯的功能时，由系统按需提供。本应用不拍照、不录像、不保存任何图像画面，亦不上传。
其中「手电筒」功能使用 Android 的相机（CAMERA）权限：仅用于通过系统接口控制设备闪光灯（手电筒）的开关；在您首次进入该工具时，应用将按系统规范向您运行时申请该权限。若您拒绝授权，闪光灯将无法点亮（纯白全屏高亮等不依赖相机的部分仍可使用）。本应用不会将摄像头用于拍照、录像或采集任何画面。
您可随时在系统「设置 → 应用 → 正弹幕 → 权限」中查看或撤销已授予的权限。
本应用不会向任何第三方（包括但不限于广告商、统计分析服务、云服务器）共享、出售或披露您的任何信息。本应用不集成任何第三方 SDK（无广告 SDK、无统计 SDK、无推送 SDK）。
本应用不存在将个人信息提供给境外接收方或进行跨境传输的情形。依据《个人信息保护法》等规定，我们不出售您的个人信息。
本应用适合全年龄用户使用，不会针对 14 岁以下未成年人主动收集信息。若您是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用。
本应用为辅助娱乐与信息展示工具，以下场景请用户谨慎使用：
本政策的解释与争议解决，适用中华人民共和国大陆地区现行法律法规（为本款之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。如因本政策引起或与个人信息处理相关的争议，您可先通过「联系我们」中的邮箱与我们协商；协商不成的，任一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Thank you for using Zheng Barrage (hereinafter "the App" or "we"). The App is a fully offline handheld LED banner / scrolling text tool. We solemnly declare: we do not collect, upload or share any of your personal information. This policy explains how the App handles data. Please read it carefully.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using the App.
App name: Zheng Barrage (Chinese: 正弹幕). The App is published and maintained by an individual developer (no corporate hotline). For questions, complaints or requests related to this Policy or personal information, please email us at the address in Contact us below. We aim to respond within 15 business days (extended on public holidays); we may ask for reasonable additional information by email.
The following is stored only on your device and never leaves it:
Location & retention: All of the above stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall. After uninstall or Clear Data, it is removed and cannot be recovered by us.
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all the above. You can also wipe them from Mine → Settings → Clear Data.
The current version of the App requests only the permissions below, which map directly to in-app tools. It does not request microphone, vibration, photo library / storage access, etc. If a future release needs new permissions, we will update this Policy and obtain your consent in an appropriate way before requesting them.
Used only when you actively use tools that need the lamp or torch (e.g. Flashlight, SOS). The App does not capture photos or video, does not save frames, and does not upload any imagery.
The Flashlight feature uses the Android CAMERA permission: it is requested at runtime when you open that tool, and is used only to turn the LED torch on or off through system APIs. If you deny the permission, the torch LED will not turn on (other parts of the screen, such as the bright white fill, may still work without the camera). The camera is not used to take photos, record video, or capture any image stream.
You can review or revoke permissions anytime in System Settings → Apps → Zheng Barrage → Permissions.
We do not share, sell or disclose any information to third parties (advertisers, analytics, cloud servers, etc.). The App integrates no third-party SDKs — no ads, no analytics, no push.
We do not transfer personal information outside your device to overseas recipients. We do not sell personal information (including for residents where such a statement is relevant, e.g. certain U.S. state laws).
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. Minors should use the App under parental guidance.
The App is an auxiliary entertainment / display tool. Please use it responsibly:
This Policy is governed by the laws of mainland China (for this clause, excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region). Disputes arising from or related to this Policy or personal information handling should first be resolved by contacting us at the email below; if unresolved, either party may bring a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you reside in another country or region, nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights you may have under local consumer or privacy laws.
For material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice (for example release notes or renewed consent where required). Routine updates will refresh the last updated date at the top of this page. Please review this Policy periodically.
