正宠语（以下简称"本应用"）由开发者「便正信息」发布，是一款完全离线的宠物语言趣味翻译及日常照护工具。我们高度重视您的个人信息与隐私安全，并以最严格的最小化原则处理任何与您相关的信息。
1. 我们收集的信息
本应用不会收集、上传或共享任何能识别您个人身份的信息。具体说明如下：
- 账号信息：不需要注册账号，不收集手机号、邮箱、姓名等。
- 设备信息：不收集 IMEI、Android ID、广告 ID、IP、地理位置等。
- 使用数据：不收集使用统计、崩溃日志（不会上传至任何服务器）。
- 录音文件：仅在您主动点击"翻译"时使用麦克风采集音频，音频以本地文件形式保存于您设备的应用私有目录，不会上传到任何服务器或第三方。
- 宠物日记 / 宠物档案：由您自行输入，仅保存在本机，可在"设置 → 清除全部数据"中一键删除。
2. 我们请求的权限及用途
- 录音（android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO）：用于将宠物叫声采集并在本地分析翻译，不会上传录音。
您可以在系统设置中随时撤销以上权限。
3. 我们使用 Cookie / SDK 吗？
不使用。本应用不集成任何统计 SDK、广告 SDK、推送 SDK 或第三方分析组件。
4. 数据存储与安全
您的所有数据仅存储在您设备的应用私有目录（其他应用无法直接访问）。我们建议您：
- 定期使用「设置 → 数据 → 导出数据」，将本地 JSON 备份保存到您选择的本机路径；
- 更换设备或重装前，可使用「导入数据」从备份文件恢复（将替换本机现有记录）；
- 不要将含敏感信息的录音文件分享给陌生人；
- 如担心数据泄露，可使用"清除全部数据"立即抹除所有数据。
5. 未成年人保护
本应用不面向 13 岁以下未成年人提供服务。如果您是未成年人的监护人，请引导未成年人合理使用本应用。
6. 第三方组件与开源许可
本应用使用 AndroidX、Material Components、Material Symbols 等开源组件，均遵循 Apache License 2.0 协议。这些组件运行在您设备本地，不会向其作者或第三方上传数据。
7. 重要免责声明
本应用的"宠物语言翻译"功能基于音频特征 + 趣味语料模型，仅供娱乐，不构成任何医学、行为学或兽医建议。
如您的宠物出现明显异常行为或健康问题，请及时咨询专业兽医。
本应用提供的百科内容均为通用科普，不能替代专业兽医的诊断与治疗。
因使用本应用而产生的任何损失或纠纷，开发者不承担相应责任。

当本政策有重大更新时，我们会在应用内通过弹窗的方式通知您。继续使用即视为您同意更新后的政策。

Zheng ChongYu ("the App") is a fully offline pet language translator and daily care companion published by Bianzheng Info. Your privacy matters: we follow the strictest data-minimization principle.
1. Information we collect
The App does NOT collect, upload or share any personally identifiable information. Specifically:
- Account info: no sign-up required; we never collect phone, email, or name.
- Device info: no IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID, IP or location is collected.
- Usage data: no analytics or crash logs are uploaded to any server.
- Recordings: microphone is used only when you tap Translate. Recordings are stored in the app's private directory and never leave your device.
- Pet diaries / pet profiles: input by you, stored locally only. You may erase everything via Settings → Clear all data.
2. Permissions and purposes
- RECORD_AUDIO: records your pet's sound and processes it locally for translation.
You can revoke any of these in system Settings at any time.
3. Cookies / SDKs
None. The App does not include any analytics, ads, push or third-party SDKs.
4. Storage & security
All data lives only inside the app's private directory. We recommend you:
- Periodically use Settings → Data → Export data to save a JSON backup to a location you choose on your device;
- Before reinstalling or switching devices, use Import data to restore from a backup file (this replaces existing records on the device);
- Be cautious when sharing recordings that may contain sensitive audio;
- Use "Clear all data" to wipe everything immediately if needed.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Parents/guardians should supervise use by minors.
6. Third-party components
We use open-source libraries such as AndroidX, Material Components and Material Symbols, under Apache License 2.0. They run entirely on-device and transmit nothing.
7. Important disclaimers
Translations from pet sounds rely on audio-feature heuristics and curated phrasing — they are for entertainment only and are not medical, veterinary or behavioral advice.
If your pet shows clear abnormal behavior or health problems, please consult a licensed veterinarian.
Wiki articles are general pet-care knowledge and do not replace professional veterinary diagnosis.
The developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the App.
8. Policy updates
If we materially update this policy, we will notify you in-app. Continued use means acceptance of the updated policy.
