关于本隐私政策

正旅记（以下简称"本应用"）由上述运营者维护，是一款完全离线运行的旅行记录工具。我们高度重视用户的个人信息保护，本隐私政策旨在向您说明：本应用如何收集、使用、保存以及保护您的信息。

一、我们收集的信息

本应用不会主动收集您的任何个人身份信息（PII）。所有您在应用内创建的内容（行程、日记、图片、足迹等）仅保存在您的设备本地，存放于应用专属存储空间。

本应用不收集：

  • 姓名、电话号码、邮箱、身份证等身份信息
  • 设备 IMEI、IMSI、Android ID、广告 ID 等设备唯一标识（本应用亦不会将其用于统计或上报）
  • 位置信息（GPS、WLAN、基站）
  • 通讯录、短信、通话记录
  • 已安装应用列表
  • 麦克风、摄像头数据（除非您主动授权拍照/录音）
  • 任何形式的网络上传数据

本应用会使用（仅本地）：

  • 本地存储：用于保存您创建的行程、日记、照片等数据
  • 媒体读取：当您选择手机相册中的照片插入到日记时，需读取所选图片。在 Android 13 及以上系统使用「照片和视频」访问范围；在较低版本系统上，可能通过存储/相册相关权限读取您选中的图片，均仅在您主动选择时发生

二、我们如何使用信息

由于本应用不收集任何信息上传至服务器，您本地保存的所有数据仅用于在您本机展示和检索。我们不会、也无法对您的数据进行任何形式的分析、画像、推送或第三方共享。

三、数据存储与安全

  • 所有数据存储在 Android 系统为本应用分配的专属沙盒目录中。
  • 未经您明确授权（如卸载应用），其他应用无法访问本应用的数据。
  • 您可以随时在"我的 → 数据管理"中导出、备份或彻底清除全部数据。
  • 当您卸载本应用时，所有相关数据将被系统一并删除。

四、第三方 SDK 和服务

本应用不集成任何第三方统计 SDK、广告 SDK、推送 SDK 或社交 SDK。本应用所使用的开源组件（如 AndroidX、Jetpack Compose、Room 等）仅用于本地功能实现，不会发起任何网络请求。

五、未成年人保护

本应用面向所有年龄段用户，不会主动从未成年人处收集任何信息。如未成年人在监护人指导下使用本应用，请监护人协助管理设备使用。

六、您的权利

  • 访问：您随时可在 App 内查看您创建的所有内容。
  • 更正：您可随时编辑或删除任何已创建的内容。
  • 删除：您可在"我的 → 数据管理 → 清除全部数据"中一键删除所有本地数据。
  • 可携带性：您可使用"导出全部日记"功能将日记内容导出为 Markdown 文件。

七、特别免责声明（旅行类应用）

⚠️ 本应用为旅行记录工具，不提供任何机票、酒店、签证、保险等预订或代办服务。本应用提供的足迹、徽章、统计等功能仅基于您本人手动输入的信息，不构成任何形式的旅游建议或目的地推荐。
⚠️ 您在使用本应用过程中所记录的行程、日记、地点等信息，由您自行确保其真实性、合法性与不侵犯第三方权益。因您输入的内容引发的任何纠纷或责任由您自行承担。
⚠️ 出行期间请遵守当地法律法规，注意人身与财产安全。本应用对因旅行过程中发生的任何意外事件（包括但不限于交通事故、自然灾害、健康问题、财产损失等）不承担任何责任。

八、政策更新

本隐私政策可能因法律法规更新或本应用功能调整而修订。修订后的版本将在新版本应用中提供，并通过应用内提示通知您。

About this Privacy Policy

Zheng Lvji ("the App") is maintained by the operator named above and is a fully offline travel journaling tool. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

📌 In short: the App runs 100% offline and never uploads any of your data.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not actively collect any personally identifiable information (PII). All content you create (trips, journals, photos, footprints, etc.) is stored only on your device, in the App's private sandbox directory.

What we DO NOT collect:

  • Name, phone number, email, ID number or other identifiers
  • IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, advertising ID or other device identifiers (the App does not use them for analytics or transmission)
  • Location (GPS, WiFi, cell tower)
  • Contacts, SMS, call logs
  • List of installed apps
  • Microphone or camera data (unless you manually grant for capture)
  • Any form of network upload

What we use (locally only):

  • Local storage — to save your trips, journals, and photos.
  • Media access — only when you choose photos from your gallery to attach to a journal entry. On Android 13+ this uses the Photos/Videos permission model; on older versions, storage-related permissions may apply, only when you actively pick images.

2. How We Use Your Information

Because the App does not transmit any data to a server, all locally stored content is used solely to be displayed and searched on your device. We do not — and cannot — analyze, profile, advertise, or share your data with any third party.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in the App's private sandbox directory provided by the Android system.
  • Other apps cannot access this data unless you explicitly grant access.
  • You can export, back up, or completely wipe all data anytime in "Me → Data".
  • Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all related data from your device.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, push notification, or social SDK. Open-source components used (AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Room, etc.) are only for local functionality and do not initiate any network request.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from minors. Parents and guardians should supervise device use as appropriate.

6. Your Rights

  • Access — view all content you created at any time inside the App.
  • Correction — edit or delete any content at any time.
  • Deletion — wipe all local data via "Me → Data → Clear All Data".
  • Portability — export all journals to Markdown files.

7. Special Disclaimer (Travel App)

⚠️ The App is a travel journaling tool. It does not provide any booking or agency service for flights, hotels, visas, or insurance. Footprints, badges, and stats are based solely on data you manually entered, and do not constitute travel advice or destination recommendations.
⚠️ You are solely responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and legality of the trips, journals, and locations you record, and that they do not infringe on third-party rights. Any disputes or liabilities arising from your input shall be borne by you.
⚠️ Always follow local laws and ensure your personal and property safety while traveling. The App assumes no responsibility for any incident (including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, health issues, property loss) that occurs during travel.

8. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised due to legal updates or feature changes. The updated version will be provided in a future App release and surfaced to you via in-app notice.
