- 偏好设置：主题模式、语言等；
- 收藏夹：您主动点击"收藏"的名字；
- 历史记录：最近 100 条您主动生成的起名/评测记录；
- 隐私协议同意状态。
以上信息仅保存在您的本机沙箱内，您可以在"我的 → 清除本机全部数据"中一键删除，或卸载本应用一并清除。
四、权限说明
本应用所申请的系统权限及用途如下：
- 无。本应用为完全离线应用，未声明任何运行时权限。
五、未成年人保护
本应用不针对 14 周岁以下未成年人，亦不会收集任何未成年人信息。如果您是未成年人或为未成年人的监护人，请在监护人指导下使用。
六、特殊免责声明（起名类应用专属）
本应用提供的「八字补益」「三才五格」「生肖宜忌」「五行平衡」等内容，基于公开的传统命理常识进行简化的运算，仅供文化欣赏与命名参考，不构成任何宗教、医学、心理学或预测性建议。请您理性看待，不应据此作出任何重大决策。
本应用所推荐的"公司/品牌/店铺"名称仅用于灵感参考，不代表该名称在工商部门可以注册或在《商标法》层面具有可注册性。请在使用前自行通过国家企业信用信息公示系统或商标局完成必要的查重。

This Privacy Policy explains how Zheng Qiming handles information related to you and protects your rights. Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By tapping "Agree and Continue", you consent to this policy. If you do not agree, please exit and uninstall the App.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, phone number, ID number, address, location, camera/album content, contacts, SMS, or any device identifiers (IMEI / MAC / Android ID / OAID, etc.);
- We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, push SDK or attribution SDK;

3. Information Stored Locally
For the App to function, the following data is stored only on your device (never uploaded):
- Preferences: theme mode, language;
- Favorites: names you actively bookmark;
- History: up to the last 100 naming/evaluation records you produce;
- Privacy-policy acceptance flag.
You may erase all of this at any time via Me → Clear all local data, or by uninstalling the App.
4. Permissions
The App declares no runtime permissions.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you are a minor or a guardian of a minor, please use the App under appropriate guidance.
6. Special Disclaimer (Naming Apps)
The "Bazi", "Sancai Wuge", "Zodiac compatibility" and "Five-Element balance" content provided by the App is a simplified computation based on publicly known traditional Chinese cultural conventions. It is offered for cultural appreciation and naming inspiration only and does not constitute religious, medical, psychological or predictive advice. Do not make significant life decisions based on it.
Names suggested for companies / brands / shops are inspiration only and are not guaranteed to be registrable with the State Administration for Market Regulation or with any Trademark Office. Please conduct your own due-diligence searches.
All cited poems and classical texts are sourced from the public domain and used for cultural appreciation.
7. Policy Updates
If material changes are made to this policy, we will re-request your consent through a first-run dialog in the new version. You may always review the latest policy via Me → Privacy Policy.
