1. 我们的承诺

我们重视您的隐私。占卜内容以本地为先：我们不收集您的姓名、电话或账号等身份信息，也不将占卜记录上传到开发者服务器。为展示广告，本应用集成 Google AdMob，Google 可能处理广告标识符与设备信息。

2. 我们如何收集与使用信息

本地数据：您在 App 内创建的占卜记录、每日抽签、笔记、设置偏好等，全部仅保存在您的设备本地（Room 数据库 / DataStore）。
设备权限：核心占卜可不联网完成。展示广告需要网络，因此声明 INTERNET、ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE 以及广告 ID 权限 AD_ID。
广告（Google AdMob）：我们使用 Google AdMob 展示广告。Google 可能收集或处理广告 ID（Advertising ID）、设备信息、IP 地址以及与广告展示/点击相关的数据，用于投放、频次控制与效果衡量。详见 Google 隐私政策。您可在系统设置中重置广告 ID 或选择限制广告个性化。

2.1 应用信息与权限说明（上架披露）

运营者：见各应用商店开发者资料页（应用内不单独收集可识别身份的注册信息）。
应用包名：以应用商店安装页及系统「应用信息」中展示为准。
数据存储与跨境：占卜记录、每日抽签、笔记与设置等仅保存在您的设备本地（Room / DataStore），开发者服务器不接收上述内容。广告请求由 Google AdMob 处理，可能涉及向 Google 传输广告 ID 与设备信息。
权限清单：INTERNET、ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE 用于加载广告与政策页面；AD_ID 用于广告标识；VIBRATE 用于可选触觉反馈。本版本不强制申请相机、麦克风、通讯录、短信、位置等敏感权限。
账号体系：本版本不提供应用内注册/登录；若您通过应用市场账号下载或付费，相关身份由应用市场处理。

3. 您的权利

您可以在"设置 → 数据 → 清空占卜日记"中随时清除全部本地数据。
您可以在系统设置中卸载本应用；卸载会一并删除应用内所有数据。
您可以联系开发者请求协助处理与隐私相关的请求。

4. 未成年人保护

本应用不针对 14 岁以下未成年人，亦不会主动收集任何未成年人的个人信息。如发现误收集，将立即删除。

5. 应用使用风险声明

塔罗内容属于灵性 / 玄学 / 心理探索类娱乐，未经科学验证。
如您处于情绪低谷或心理困扰中，请联系专业医师、心理咨询师或当地心理援助热线，而非依赖占卜结果。
请勿基于占卜结果做出涉及健康、财务、法律或人际重大决策。

6. 政策的更改

当我们更新此政策时，会更新本页面内容（当前版本 V1.1，生效日期 2026-09-08）。进入应用不会弹出必须同意的确认框。您可以随时在设置中打开本页面查看最新版本。

Disclaimer: The tarot readings provided by Zheng Taluo ("the App") are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on readings as the sole basis for decisions.

1. Our Commitment

We value your privacy. Readings are stored locally: we do not collect your name, phone number, or account identity, and we do not upload readings to the developer’s servers. To show ads, the App integrates Google AdMob, which may process the advertising ID and device information.

2. Data Collection & Use

Local data: Readings, daily cards, notes, and preferences you create inside the App are stored only on your device (Room database / DataStore).
Permissions: Core tarot features can be used offline. Ads need a network connection, so the App declares INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and the advertising-ID permission AD_ID.
Advertising (Google AdMob): We use Google AdMob. Google may collect or process the advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad impression or click data to serve, frequency-cap, and measure ads. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset the advertising ID or limit ad personalization in system settings.
App-open ads: The first open must show an app-open ad if none has been shown successfully before. A failed load is retried while the App stays in the foreground; the first pending show is not dropped after a few seconds. Later shows, whether from a cold start or a resume, occur only after at least 3 minutes since the last successful show. The timestamp is written only when the ad is actually shown.
Native ads: A native advanced ad appears on the home screen directly above Recent Readings, styled for the dark tarot interface. If there is no fill, the slot is hidden and does not cover the draw action.
Banners: A standard anchored adaptive banner appears at the bottom of secondary screens (library, journal, and settings). Full-screen reading and card views hide the banner so it does not cover cards. The home screen does not use a banner.
Interstitials: Shown only after a draw/reading is completed and you leave the result, at most once every 3 minutes, and never if an app-open ad was shown in the last 3 minutes. Not shown before you have finished one reading.
Rewarded ads: This version does not use rewarded or rewarded interstitial ads, so existing free features are not placed behind an ad wall.
Launch: Opening the App does not show a privacy-acceptance or theme-choice dialog. The theme defaults to dark unless you already saved a theme in Settings. You can open this policy anytime from Settings.

2.1 App identity & permissions (store disclosure)

Operator: See the developer profile on your app store (the App does not collect standalone sign-up identity inside the app).
Application ID: As shown on the store listing and in system App Info.
Storage & cross-border: Readings, daily picks, notes, and settings are stored only on your device (Room / DataStore). The developer’s servers do not receive that content. Ad requests are handled by Google AdMob and may send the advertising ID and device information to Google.
Permissions: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE are used to load ads and this policy page; AD_ID is the advertising identifier; VIBRATE is for optional haptics. The App does not require camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or location for core use.
Accounts: No in-app registration/login in this version; store accounts are handled by the store platform.

3. Your Rights

You can clear all local data at any time via Settings → Data → Clear reading journal.
You can uninstall the App via your system settings; uninstalling removes all app data.
You may contact the developer to request assistance with privacy-related queries.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we discover such data was collected, we will delete it promptly.

5. Risk Disclosure

Tarot content is spiritual / metaphysical entertainment and is not scientifically validated.
If you experience emotional distress, please consult a qualified clinician, counselor, or local crisis hotline — do not rely on tarot results.
Do not make major health, financial, legal, or interpersonal decisions based solely on readings.

6. Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, we update this page (current version V1.1, effective 2026-09-08). Opening the App does not show a blocking accept dialog. You can open this page anytime from Settings.
